- The unit must remain accessible and suitable for transport collection

Inspection Upon Delivery
All units should be inspected at the time of delivery or shortly after placement.
Customers are required to report any of the following within 48 hours of delivery:

Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The unit has been modified, cut, welded, painted, or structurally altered
- Additional components (electrical, plumbing, insulation, partitions) have been installed
- Damage has occurred due to external handling, environmental exposure, or misuse after delivery
- The unit is no longer in a condition suitable for safe transport
- The product was sold under clearance, discounted, or special terms, unless otherwise agreed prior to purchase
This ensures that returned units remain consistent with their original supplied condition.
Return Approval Process
All returns must be approved prior to any transport arrangement.
